Peugeot has revealed its updated E-Rifter all-electric people mover.
The car now comes with a new, more dynamic front, sporting a new radiator grille (complete with the new Peugeot grille we first saw on the 408) which comes flanked at either side by head lights that utilise the brand's iconic three-claw light signature.
Complementing this new front are two new exterior colours, Sirkka Green and Kiama Blue, both said to help to highlight the vehicle's generous shape.
In the cabin, the Peugeot E-Rifter comes with an all-new dashboard that features an all-new 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system. This new system is said to offer an optimised and customisable display, and comes complete with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility.
The seats of the E-Rifter also now get a new light grey fabric, while the steering wheel is now wrapped in leather, and comes with integrated control buttons.
The Peugeot E-Rifter is available in two different body lengths, both available with either five seats or seven. Opt for the standard length vehicle with five seats and you'll get 775 litres of boot space at the rear, while those that opt for the longer variant will get a total of 4,000 litres of space with all seats folded down.
Power for the Peugeot E-Rifter continues to come from a 50kWh battery, which animates a 134bhp electric motor that generates 270Nm of torque. WLTP range for the people mover stands at 320km.
This battery can be charged at 7.4kW (11kW charging is available as an option) via an alternating current charger. Charging via a direct current source, meanwhile, is possible at a maximum of 100kW.
