Bentley has announced that its CEO, Adrian Hallmark, will be leaving his post as he prepares for new tasks outside of the Volkswagen Group.
The firm states that Hallmark's leave comes at his own request. Hallmark took on the role of Chairman and CEO of Bentley Motors in 2018, and has seen the launch of new models as well as the establishment of the brand's goal of becoming the most sustainable luxury vehicle brand by 2030.
Bentley states that it will announce Hallmark's successor in due course. The firm announced in January 2024 that it saw sales of 2023 reach a total of 13,560 vehicles, an 11% decrease on 2022, although 2023 was reported to be the firm's third best year ever, thanks to increased demand for its personalisation services, as well as an increase in the proportion of higher revenue models accounting for its total sales.
