First and foremost, Ted and his team are very professional. Totally no hard selling and they will try to work within your budget. Seeing them at work, you will feel that your car is in good hands.

I test driven a Peugeot 3008 in early Sep'2019. During the drive, I played some songs from my handphone. It dawned on me how awful the stock speakers are and decided to recce some brands from Sgcarmart once I have put down the down payment. Contacted Mr Ted and informed him that my budget is around 2K and he told me " within 2K budget, you can get good Sound , we Assure you ! ". After reading some of the reviews, I took a Leap of Faith and headed to Autoimage. As per my budget ( which is actually around 2K to 3K ), Mr Ted managed to convince me without any hard selling. After listening to my kind of music ( Progressive Metal , MetalCore , etc ) , he recommended the Massa MA-D4 DSP and Massa MA-S62 speakers. I told him that I need a low frequency subwoofer at least below 35 hertz and he recommended the Esatto Rispetto RO-AS69 Active Subwoofer ( which can go down to 30 hertz) . The installation took about 4 hours as the electronics in the 3008 is quite sensitive. As promised within the 4 hours , my car is ready. Mr Ted did the tuning and demo-ed some different genre of songs. The moment he played a live jazz ensemble , the imaging and the dynamics in the car totally changed ! I was very surprised ( in a good way ). I've installed quite a few of the "branded" speakers like RF , Rainbow, Hertz

What I like

Decided on Esatto full setup based on forum feedback. Ted was not in when visited AUTOIMAGE. Proceeded without waiting for Ted to demo the Esatto range and ask his team to install full Esatto setup

What I like
Versatile system that have good control,Soundstage , clarity and accuracy over wide range of music and movie playback.

What I do not like
few mins to warm up to its best when power up.

Installed on Nissan Serena

With a Nissan Serena 2020 E Power, I am very worried about doing too much modification to the car that may void the warranty. Learning on the Esatto Comado D-6 DSP with build in amp, the power consumption from the car is not as heavy as audio systems with multiple amplifiers to deliver clean and powerful sound quality . The sound quality adjustments are especially detail and professional . Having seen how Ted tunned the DSP through his Lap top , I could tell that the Esatto software is very advance and his magical touch enhanced the sound quality by bounds and leaps. When he showed me the apps that can be downloaded onto my android device, the controls are more convincing that I will recommend to all my friends that are looking to upgrade their systems..

It is small and can be hidden away.

A little above my initial budget.

Installed on Subaru Impreza

I have used two other DSP in my previous rides and knows what to expect from a Digital Sound Processor and the Esatto Comado CO-D6 DSP delivered a different set of satisfaction that I have yet to experience.

Installed on Nissan Sylphy

Changing to this speaker was one of the best decision ever made. Improves the driving experience as well as the overall ambience of the car. It brings out the clarity of every music, every details of the music.

Installed on Toyota Camry

Last time I was using another sound stream mono block but it wasn't helping in my overall sound system. So I went to look for Ted, he recommend me to install esatto comado D6 and remove the ound stream mono block. Now the overall sound system is perfect. Hence I will recommend my friend to come look for Ted for his experience and advise.

What I like
The overall experience with Ted and his people, they provide me with great service. Ted is patient and understand his customer needs.

What I do not like
Nothing.

Installed on Mitsubishi Outlander

This AMP/DSP is very versatile. Both AMP & DSP are integrated and the small form factor makes it very easy to be position in tight places. I am also able to connect my phone to it and play direct, bypassing my HU. Its like a moving theatre now. Functions of the DSP can also be accessed via an app in your phone.

What I like
Small form factor and versatility.

What I do not like
Non for the monment.

Installed on Toyota Harrier

I was looked for Ted to just get a speaker upgrade thinking I won't be able to afford a full setup. But Ted recommended that there is a way to get there without spending the big investment. Sceptical, he sit me down in a demo room. And preview the setup with the dsp. It was truly impressive. Immersive quality, so I took it. No regret since.

What I like
I don't have to tune it very long, installation was very quick. Great crystal clear sound to even the radio input.

What I do not like
That I didn't know of this earlier.
