Most anticipated UHP tyres i ever wanted!

Installed on Honda Accord

Been waiting to try these tyres for months. And I finally get my hands (grip) on it! I have been Bridgestone fans all along when I am still driving my puny Suzuki Carry, I have also been using Bridgestone. And now I manage to try the new S007A. This is a predecessor of the S001 which is already a very remarkable tyre.

What I like
Superb wet driving conditions. Grippy good feedback. Competitive pricing

What I do not like
Tyre pattern looks normal and bland. (but it still works like magic!)

2 trips to Mersing, I'm surprised at how well these tyres are wearing for the amount of grip that they have. On the old S001, they'd be mid way through their thread depth.

Ultra grippy street tyres

Installed on Peugeot 308

Was a PS fan and then Asy fan for price vs performance until I tried S001. When driven hard and pushed to the limit in the dry, the S001, gave awesome grip compared to the Asy (at the expense of tire wear). Also very comfortable tires compared to the Asy. Once it became hard to get S001, I returned to Asy. After being spoilt with the comfort of S001, hated how uncomfortable the Asy were while not giving as much grip at the limit as the S001. Hence, when S007a became available(as a replacement for the S001), I jumped at the chance to change out of the Asy in to these. What I can say it's that the sidewall on these are noticeably harder than the S001, but does not feel as harsh as Asy or P-zeros for that matter. Despite being harder than its predecessor-the S001, dry and wet grip are way up. I can't force the rear of the car to lose traction mid corner anymore. I've really had to change the way I drive with these tyres. They're definitely a class up in terms of grip from the S001. Even after a few months of hard driving

What I like
Pure dry and wet grip

What I do not like
Harder sidewall compared to the S001. Too grippy. I'd take the S001 again for how fun those tyres were. Grippy and allows you to break traction if you push them hard enough.

S007A will never disappoint you

Installed on Honda Stream

Having tried numerous other expensive and famous European and Japanese high-performance tyres, I've found Bridgestone's Potenza S007A to be the most confidence-inspiring tyre model. The stiff sidewall (Kevlar, I read) leads to pleasingly sharp and precise turn-in and cornering response, while cornering shows exceedingly high limits of grip. Importantly, I find the behaviour of the S007As is predictable and assured right at the limit, and it provides a great safety window if the corner suddenly tightens. Even during loss of grip, it remains controllable and very composed, which led me to trust this tyre a lot. I only wish for improved wet grip (although it is already far beyond what normal drivers will demand) and a lower wear rate.

Confident drive in the wet

Installed on Honda Civic

The S007A gives me almost the same level of steering response as RE070 yet it allows a more confident drive in the wet. Highly recommend this as a suitable replacement for the FD2 Honda Civic Type R

Excellent tires that has served me well both on wet and dry road

Installed on Honda Vezel Hybrid

Excellent tires that has served me well both on wet and dry road so far. Starts getting noisy after 2k, but bearable. Grip on dry toad is excellent, cornering with it works well.

Impressive tyre when cornering

Installed on Nissan Note

I was very impressed with this tyre. Very gripy tyre when cornering. Cutting through puddles shiok. I would recommend this tyre to all my friends. Will be trying RE004 tyres for my next tyre.

Could be better

Installed on Mercedes-Benz C180

Bridgestone would probably consider introduce a more competitive range of tyres. would be better if they can be more fuel efficent and with better road handling. IN general, the tyres are goo dbut may be noisy at times.

Very good

Installed on Honda Civic

Bridgestone Potenza S007A is a performance summer tyre. Thread design and rubber compound are very good. I am using the first set of S007A and will continue to buy a second set when the thread wear off.
