I contacted Mr Keong via WhatAspp regarding the brake booster for my Forester and he shared his advice promptly and even gave me tips on how to start the engine in the morning during cold start if the brake doesn't move. Very knowledgable and clearly experienced with Subaru issues. I've not visited his workshop yet, and this experience makes me feel comfortable to consider the workshop for my future needs. Thanks very much for such a nice and friendly customer services. 👍

Visits this workshop for my servicing and to resolve any issues in my car. Has done the following jobs there

1) Replace air filter
2) Replace timing belt
3) Repair power steering issues
4) Replace door checkers (cars doors are v loose and can close on its own)
5) Repair hose leak which cause radiator overheating

All in all, the boss is friendly, has good knowledge of subaru vehicles and offers towing services. Job done usually wont take long too.

Detected a noise at the back of the car, called many workshops, given me non definite replies. Came to BKS, spoke to Ah Keong and he suspect is the bearings and ask me to come down to to check. I came down on Friday without any prior appointment hoping if he has time, to my surprised, he checked, confirmed the fault and immediatley ask his men to fix it, within 2 hours, my car is ready to roll !
Fantastic speed, customer skills, technical knowledge. Must try for Subaruians !!

Well, it was time for my Subaru Impreza to replace the timing belt as it had driven 101,295 km. So i took it to this workshop cos it specializes in this car brand. Reached there about 9:45am and was politely greeted by a friendly mechanic and i told him on my needs. He quickly informed the boss (Ah Keong) and he explained to me on the replacement process with a reasonable price quotation. As it would take about 3-4hrs, i left for breakfast around 10:15am. After breakfast, i took a stroll around the building and decided to go back to the workshop around 11:30am to watch the replacement process. To my surprise, the mechanic had already completed the replacement for most of the parts and by 12pm, the car is ready for collection. Kudos to the crew in BKS workshop!

This workshop at Northlink Building is worth going to if your Subaru got problem and also if it need servicing. Great advise and honest opinion. Highly recommended and im sure you wont regret.

My car was stuck in the dealer workshop for days and nothing much was done. Got into contact with Ah Keong and had my car towed out. Within 3 hours my problem was rectified. Many thanks to Ah Keong again who had to wait up to about 8pm for me to pick up the car...cheers!

Just got myself a used Subaru...went to BKS and see boss for my steering problem. He really help me to see through the problem and after leaving the workshop, i am a happy man. He is patience and helpful...good service for this workshop.
