BMS AMK: Great relaxed environment despite the fact that it is a workshop, staff were friendly and knowledgeable, no hard selling. Boss greeted with a friendly smile and attitude. Not the most cheap but neither it is the most expensive, reasonable value and wonderful servicing experience, shall stick to it in the mileage distance to come.

Bought the 6 pot APi Racing BBK from Ah Boy. Must say that he is extremely patient and not pushy at all in terms of wanting to close the deal. In terms of pricing of the BBK, his is not the cheapest and in fact, for the same price, I can also get other "Reputable" International brands. However, I decided to go with him instead because of his excellent customer service!

Great customer service and technical professionalism ah boy! Had previously installed API RS coilovers in the shop many months ago but some minor noises produced at the driver's side. Just called and walk in to go back to BMS look for ah Boy. Though he was busy but will not hestitate to serve me and would try his best to solve the problem. Had changed to a new spare and aligned. Thanks to ah boy!

My engine light was on for a long period of time and went to 3 workshops in ubi area but to no avail. Went to BMS and even though it was not cheap and had to wait for close to 3 hr on a sat morning, the problem was rectified and Ah Yen (the mechanic) even saw another issue which resulted in poor FC for my impreza and was quick to settle it too. Judging from the sheer no. of cars going in and out, i could say their service must be top notch. Very gd workshop for subaru owners.

Subaru. Expert! Find ah boon. V pro, friendly.

I have been going to BMS for more than 4 years now... They even did my timing belt at 100k and now my car is reaching 160k... Recently they also replaced my LH rear wheel bearing (common problem with Subaru); don't think you can find another shop that does it if you don't want to go back to MotorImage... They're not perfect, of course, but I would say they are very good with Subaru... The most important is that one of the bosses, Ah Boon, is just great... Mild-mannered guy who is really trustworthy and responsible... So hard to come by... He's also very knowledgeable and I mean really expert... During one test drive, he told me he came out from MotorImage... I guess he's the main reason why I kept going back. I didn't realize how good they were overall until I tried RDY on 2nd floor... Unfortunate... I already decided not to go back to RDY after trying once, but when I took leave and went down on 11 Apr '11, BMS was closed and I saw the notice outside that they'd gone for company retreat till 16 Apr, so I went to RDY a 2nd (and last) time. (You can see my review on RDY if interested.) Bottomline, if you are a Subaru owner, BMS should be a safe enough bet...
