Surftech formulation is designed to increase oil film strength (via polymers, polyol esters) with greater lubricity and film adhesion (film stabilizing surfactant) in order to provide adaptability and stability under both normal and extreme working conditions. This increases torque, extends the lifespan of engine oil, optimizes engine performance, and protect the parts of the engine.

Reduction in engine noise and vibration is another noteworthy feature of the product. It can also be customized as required to suit any needs, as particular attributes can be balanced against cost. All formulated components are synthetic and chosen for their quality and stability.

• This viscosity-index-improver polymer grows as oil temperature increases. Its increased mass raises the internal friction of the fluid, causing an increase in viscosity.

Surftech EA extends the operating temperature range, which is an important feature for fluids that may temporarily exceed the operating temperature of the grade of oil used for wear protection.

The special formulation process that incorporates solid polymers enables active surface components to enhance lubrication and reduce friction.

Detergent and dispersant additives are used to keep engine metal surfaces clean, prevent the formation of deposits and neutralize the harmful effects of corrosive acids that are formed by the combustion of diesel and gasoline fuels. Surftech EA protects parts against carbon and varnish build up as well, which is vital for parts with close clearance such as piston rings and skirts, valves lifters and oil pump relief valves.

Buffers in the formulation help to neutralize any acids which come from the recycling of partially burned fuel typical of the Atkinson cycle of most engines. Build up of acids will degrade the engine oil, which will lead to reduced lubrication & increased wear.
