3M Hookit Purple Finishing Film Disc 260L is comprised of high performance aluminum oxide which cuts fast, lasts a long time, resists loading and leaves a consistent finish. It is designed for use with a soft interface pad to scuff sand before painting, or use them to remove runs, dust nibs and excess orange peel from topcoat finishes before repainting or buffing. 3M Hookit Purple Finishing Film Discs are easy to remove from backup pads and are faster and easier to use than 3M Scuffing Pads with none of the dry time associated with wet sanding.
