Designed to work flawlessly in active 3-way systems, it is truly state of the art.  The baskets on all three drivers are milled from a solid block of aluminum.  This process means the system has no resonance, a first in class.  The 2.7” SS1 tweeter uses a treated silk dome for smoothly defined highs.  A proprietary glass fiber material, loaded with resin is used on the 6.5 woofer and 4” midrange.  This combination is extremely lightweight yet incredibly strong.
