The KoolTec Machine is able to perform the different steps for the oil-change. The main functions of the machine include the flushing of the compressor oil, charging of Freon as well vacuum. There is no need to dismantle the dash board or components during the compressor oil change.

Only one technician is needed to operate the machine, and the oil-change process can easily be completed within 1-2 hours. This machine utilises 2 pressure hoses which are then attached to the low and high pressure ports of the air-con system. The correct amount of oil is added and gas topped up according to the different car specifications.

The KoolTec machine is also able to diagnose most problems within the air-con system. Through the high and low pressure gauges, we are able to tell if there is too much or too little gas in the system, or whether there are any leaks.
