Went to their office at Serangoon North, and notice it was shut. More like a deserted place now.
Service Very Bad
I had a very bad experienced with Illume Auto. I mwas given an appointment by the company on 16/4 @10am but when I turn up @the company no one was there. i waited for 30min but was very dissapointed. Customer care was Great.
Polising was average.
Rim Cleaning Bad - All my rims still have loose brake dust on them, not expected when it's the easiest to clean.
Location Bad - I had to pay $14 when i exited, not sure if i complimentary parking was available.
Forfeited my last appt as i do not wanna spend another $14 on parking.
