Finally change out the stock speakers with 6508. Very happy with the crisp & clear sound, and assuring mid bass. Made those 80s fast numbers sound good again. Certainly added depth to the sound. A great compliment to the 508's Akhamy sound processed head unit.

Great speakers to use with stock HU. Good starting set as a replacement for the small and weak stock speakers that are usually made of paper. Definitely worth trying. Make sure you check that they are real.

I have chosen this German Maestro CS 6508 IV over its sibling S2 6518 initially because its made in Germany. After I installed it, I didn't regret at all as its has a great midbass which gives out deep and tight bass and its titanium tweeters are clean and clear without being too harsh. Although I feel that the tweeters are not as warm sounding as my previous Morel Tempo, I can hear more details from the 6508. Build quality is great too fro this German made speakers and although the crossover seems a tat small, I believe its purposely designed in this form factor for this Installer Version.
I highly recommend this value for money speakers and I wouldn't have wanted to change it if not for the reason of going 3 way.

What I like Made in Germany
Great midbass
Clean and clear tweeters
Value for money
What I do not like Tweeters a tat bight for my taste as IO prefer warm sound signature.
Value for money Made in Germany component speakers
The fact that it is a brand created by former MB quart management and the same factory in Germany boosted my confidence to try this relatively new brand.
The warm mid bass and treble complement each other without the tweeter sounding harsh like the Focals PS165 I was eyeing for initially.
Build quality, material and finishing was good and different from other makes which have mostly migrated to China/Korea factories.
Ventilated holes on bracket for voice coil to breathe, easy to drive straight from my JVC DVD head unit, the more power it was given the more details was heard.
